Rather than making this a novel of a blog post, I’ll probably end up splitting this up and telling a few different stories from my time in Ethiopia.
I had the greatest pleasure of getting to visit, and to serve the orphanage and women’s center of HOPEthiopia, in the rural village of Harbu Chulule.
Myself, and my good friends Caleigh, and Chelsea, spent just under two weeks with the children and staff; playing, working, visiting, learning, and in my case, documenting.
Memories were made, friendships were formed, and our lives were changed during our time in Harbu Chulule. Coloring with the kids, playing cards with our staff friends, praying with locals, there are a hundred stories wrapped up in that short time. I hope to share some of these stories with you via these blog posts, so please stay tuned.
